Daniel is a 12yr old grade 7 student at St. Anthony's school. He has been performing and competing in speech arts for 4 years and last year competed for the first time with prose and play format entries. He especially enjoyed the "skit" he did and he was asked to perform at the Gala night following festival. He has studied under Tina Watchorn and it is she who asked him to participate in the Old Woman who Lived in a Shoe. Daniel is also working toward his Grade 3 piano with the RCM and has played saxaphone in his school band and as a soloist for 2 years. He is an active young man with a good sense of humor and he likes skiing, scootering and soccer. He says he would like to be a firefighter as an adult. |
